The Super Falcons’ victory was no small feat. The team faced some tough competition, especially from the host nation, Morocco. They got off to a strong start, scoring in the 13th minute, which set the tone for the match. When it looked like things couldn’t get any worse, Morocco managed to score again in the 24th minute.
